Washington DC Office

Over the past 40 years, NHF has become a leader, a voice, and a collaborator in improving the healthcare delivery system in Southern California. Working with government entities, public and private institutions, and other community-based organizations, NHF has produced a series of hard-hitting, highly successful and well-designed programs, services and industry reports. In the last few years and with much success, NHF has broadened its reach to meet the needs of communities, providers and policy makers across the state of California.

NHF’s leadership has recently established a bigger, better and more inspirational vision for the organization: collaborating, educating and working at the national level. To guide this effort, NHF has established a Washington, DC presence.

National Youth Transitions Collaborative
National Health Foundation is a member of the National Youth Transitions Collaborative, a community of organizations that share the goal of empowering youth and young veterans with disabilities to create a self-directed path to adulthood and employment. The Collaborative has formed an Alliance with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy to work together to promote a national dialogue on the employment of people with disabilities.
