Jeanette Peña is a Program Manager with the National Health Foundation, and also serves as a trainer for CHAMP (Children’s Health Access and Medical Program). Under this role, Jeanette provides education, training and support to application assistors, health advocates and community members to improve healthcare coverage access for children and families. Jeanette also manages and develops educational curricula for the Pregnant and Parenting Teen Support and Be a STAR programs, comprehensive school-based programs that integrate individual services and peer group education to impart information, skills and resources youth need for teen pregnancy prevention and improvement of overall health, well-being and success in their communities.

Jeanette has over five years experience in the social services and education field and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology conferred by the California State University, Los Angeles.
